  • Terence Yuen is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, with over 30 years of international taxation experience, holding senior positions with several multinational companies across a wide range of industries, throughout his career. 

  • In May 2013, Terry joined BP in Singapore as its Regional Head of Tax for the Asia Pacific. In January 2014, he was also appointed the Country President for BP Singapore, overseeing its diverse businesses and seven hundred staff located in Singapore. In addition to that, he was appointed the Head of Country for BP in Myanmar in December 2014.

  • Prior to BP, Terence was the Executive Director, Taxation - Asia Pacific & Japan, for Dell from 2009 to 2013.  Before that, Terence was with Intel for nearly 13 years, as its Head of Tax & Customs for Asia. From 1986 to 1995, he was a senior tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Canada and Hong Kong, specializing in international tax planning for large multinational corporations and high net worth individuals. 

  • Terence was a co-founder of the Tax Executives institute - Asia Chapter in 2005 and it's Vice President for 2006/2007. He is currently a board director and the Treasurer of the Chapter.
